African Talent Buyers can now focus more their properties and allow us to provide total market services for legally securing talent and handling all logistical aspects of their tour.
We offer the comfort, convenience, and confidence that all prospective tour opportunities will be fairly vetted and managed to meet or exceed your performance standards. With adequate financial assurances from our financial and insurance partners, Artists touring the continent can rest assured that contractual obligations will be met, as we liaise with Buyers.

OUR PROCESS

BUYER
MOU/MOA + ESCROW
We begin by establishing a Memorandum of Understanding between Talent Buyer and IAA that clearly outlines our obligations. As is standard with high-level international talent agencies, a resulting MOA shall include the projected talent budget allocations to be held in escrow, until such time the contractual obligations are met. This consideration is critical towards validating solicitations to prospective talent. This along with dedicated insurance policies from our providers enables us to fairly and in good faith secure talent. 100% of Buyers’ principal investments toward Bookings are refundable.

3 PARTY FINAL CONTRACT
After thorough review and approval of Artists’ Rider and technical Specifications, we are able to immediately issue Contracts to officially secure the talent.
SECURE TALENT + DEAL MEMO
Having established the Buyer’s expectations with funds in escrow, we then move to directly engage Artists and/or their Representatives resulting in a 3-way signed Deal Memo to outline the terms of the final Agreement.

ADVANCE - TOUR/PR
Deal memos and contracts are only the beginning. Now the real work begins. We work directly with artist and representatives to ensure their standards are upheld and all logistical considerations are taken into account in preparation for the tour. Tour advancement is a most critical phase.

TOUR MANAGEMENT - ARRIVAL-TO-DEPARTURE
Execution, execution, execution. IAA will continue to liaise between the Buyer and the Artist and team from arrival to departure. This provides the Artist with a clear point of contact and the Buyer with the ability to focus on all other aspects for a successful presentation.
